However, please note that pre-ordered items, limited products, and occasional unexpected stock shortages may sometimes delay the shipping process.   • We have carefully selected the carriers we work with to ensure our customers' satisfaction. All of our shipping options include tracking information, and we only work with reliable carriers. These carriers are, in order of priority: Korea Post, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, Yun Express, and Amazon Global.

  • Shipping times and prices vary depending on the carrier you select during the order process, weight, and your location, typically ranging between 8-12 days.
    For example, if Jane from California places her first order with Rosé K-Shop and selects Korea Post as her carrier, the shipping cost will be approximately $9.95 - $14.95 USD, depending on the weight of her order, and the package will arrive in about 10 days. 💕
    Please keep in mind that we would love to offer you faster and more affordable, even free, shipping options, but unfortunately, international shipping, especially from Korea to distant countries, is currently quite costly. However, we promise to continue working towards more cost-effective solutions in the future! 🫡

  • If your package is subject to customs, there may be shipping delays. Additionally, please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address (in English only), full name, and phone number. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by customers.
